Few hunting experiences compare to the moment of seeing and hearing a great red stag during the rut. It is in that moment that one truly understands why, for centuries, this majestic species was associated with nobility and regarded as one of the most emblematic game animals in European hunting.
At Hunt & Heritage, we value this experience as one of the highlights of the hunting season. Red deer hunting begins in early September, but it is during the rut — usually until the first days of October, depending on the conditions of the year — that the experience reaches its peak. During this period, the territory takes on a unique intensity, marked by the powerful calls of the stags in the height of the mating season.
More than a hunt, it is an encounter with one of the most authentic, beautiful, and emotional expressions of wild European nature.
Wild boar hunting has a unique aura. Powerful, unpredictable, and demanding, the wild boar is one of the most challenging species in big game hunting, always commanding the hunter’s respect.
SHR Kormisosh offers an exceptional opportunity for those seeking an authentic experience and high-quality trophies. It was precisely here that the wild boar trophy which achieved the world record, with 158.20 CIC points, was taken.
Facing a great wild boar is to live an intense, striking, and addictive experience — one that stays in the memory and makes you want to return.
With its broad, palmate antlers marked by multiple points, the fallow deer is considered by many experienced hunters to be one of the most elegant and noble deer species in the world.
At Hunt & Heritage, fallow deer hunting stands out for the beauty of the animal, the character of the terrain, and the intensity of the experience. Sought after בעיקר? no must avoid. Let's craft fully English.
Sought after mainly during the autumn months, especially during the rutting season, the fallow deer can prove demanding and challenging, offering dynamic and highly rewarding hunts.
It is an experience that combines technique, emotion, and tradition, ideal for those who value the authenticity of European hunting and the charm of a truly emblematic species.
Chamois hunting is an intense, demanding, and deeply memorable experience. It takes place in open mountain terrain, among rocky cliffs, high-altitude meadows, and stony slopes, where every approach requires effort, careful reading of the land, and absolute respect for the wild. The original Kormisosh text appears under the designation “Chamious”, but it refers to the chamois.
At Hunt & Heritage, this is one of the most authentic experiences for those seeking true mountain hunting in its purest form. Much of the route begins in the highest parts of the mountain, descending afterwards towards the hunting lodges, always in the heart of the wild Rhodope landscape.
During the journey, it is also possible to observe other species in their natural habitat, in a setting of rare beauty and great ecological value. Hunting chamois in the picturesque Red Stone area is a direct encounter with the untouched and majestic nature of this region.
Mouflon was introduced to Bulgaria several decades ago from Central Europe, on the initiative of Tsar Ferdinand. Since then, the country’s natural conditions have proved highly favourable to the development of the species, allowing strong populations of excellent quality to establish, particularly in mountainous areas.
At Hunt & Heritage, mouflon hunting stands out for its natural setting, the beauty of the animal, and the value of the trophy. Although this species is often managed in intensive game areas, in Kormisosh it can also be hunted in open terrain, offering a more authentic and demanding experience.
The best time to pursue a great mouflon trophy is during the month of November, in the rutting season, when the animals’ activity makes the experience particularly special.
In winter, when mouflon gather in larger groups around feeding areas, hunting can be carried out through short movements across the terrain or combined with wild boar hunts from elevated waiting points.
